Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "v444" or "the Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting services available at v444.bio, including all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any applications or interfaces through which the services are delivered.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on v444 following successful registration and age verification.
• "Player" or "You" means any natural person who has registered an Account on v444 and who uses any of the platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's v444 Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered in eligible games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn as real funds.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited directly by the Player via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or other approved payment methods, exclusive of any Bonus Funds.
• "Services" means all casino games, live dealer games, sports betting markets, fishing games, and any other gaming or entertainment features accessible through the v444 platform.

By accessing the v444 website, completing the registration process, or using any of the Services offered on the platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with v444's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules that may be published on the platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and v444 in respect of your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, or agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.

To register and maintain an Account on v444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. v444 applies a strict minimum age policy. Registration by or on behalf of any person under 21 years of age is absolutely prohibited.
• You are registering and acting on your own behalf as an individual, and not on behalf of any other person, corporate entity, or third party.
• You do not already hold an existing Account on v444. Each individual may maintain only one Account at any time.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently active on v444 or any related platform.
• The information you provide during registration — including your mobile number, date of birth, and full name — is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are using a Pakistani mobile number registered in your own name for account creation and OTP verification purposes.

v444 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during a player's account lifetime. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary suspension of account access and withdrawal processing pending completion of verification.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your v444 Account. This responsibility extends to any access by a third party who uses your Account with or without your knowledge or consent. v444 strongly recommends the following account security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password for your v444 Account that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials — your mobile number and password — with any other person, including family members or v444 support staff. v444 support agents will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your Account completely when accessing v444 from a shared or public device.
• Contact v444 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

v444 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any instructions received by v444 through your Account will be deemed to have been made by you unless you have previously notified v444 of suspected unauthorised access.

All financial transactions on v444 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). v444 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and GrabPay.

• Minimum Deposit: Rs 100 per transaction for all supported payment methods.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Rs 200 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: v444 targets processing of withdrawal requests within three (3) minutes for standard amounts. Requests subject to manual review may take up to twenty-four (24) hours.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. v444 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large or unusual withdrawal amounts.
• Currency: All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PKR. v444 does not apply foreign exchange conversion charges on PKR transactions.
• Third-Party Payments: Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving withdrawals to accounts registered in a different name, is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

v444 may, at its discretion, offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback promotions, and other incentive offers to Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Player: Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per household, per device, and per payment method applies.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live casino games, including baccarat and blackjack, may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Abuse: v444 monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk. Where such patterns are identified, v444 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Real Money First: When a player holds both a Real Money Balance and Bonus Funds, real money is wagered first by default unless the system is configured otherwise for a specific promotion.

All games offered on v444 — including live dealer games, RNG casino titles, slots, and fishing games — are provided by licensed software suppliers whose Random Number Generators and game mathematics are independently tested and certified for fairness. v444 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Players are expected to engage with v444 games in good faith. The following constitute material breaches of these Terms that may result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

• Use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games on v444.
• Any form of collusion with other players to achieve an unfair outcome in multiplayer games or poker variants.
• Exploitation of any bug, software error, or technical vulnerability in v444 games or platform infrastructure. Players who discover any such vulnerability must report it to v444 support immediately and must not derive financial benefit from it.
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, intercept, or interfere with game data transmissions between v444's servers and a Player's device.

All game results are final once a round is completed. Technical malfunctions during gameplay void all related bets and stakes are returned to the Player's Balance. v444 is not responsible for any loss of connectivity during a gaming session caused by the Player's internet service provider or device.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets on v444, including cricket, football, and other sports offered on the platform. Specific sports and market rules may be published separately and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Market Settlement: All markets are settled according to official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PCB matches, ICC for international fixtures). v444 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation.
• Palpable Errors: Bets placed at clearly erroneous odds — where the published odds are demonstrably incorrect due to human or system error — may be voided by v444 at its sole discretion. Players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Postponed or Abandoned Events: Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or not completed within twelve (12) hours of the scheduled start time will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in sport-specific rules.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to system availability. v444 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time. Bets already accepted prior to suspension remain valid.
• Maximum Winnings: v444 may apply maximum payout limits to individual markets or events. Winnings exceeding any applicable cap will be paid at the maximum limit. Current limits are disclosed in the sports betting section of the platform.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on v444 and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including proceeds of fraud, corruption, or any form of money laundering.
• Opening an Account using false identity information, a stolen identity, or identification documents belonging to another person.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity breach in connection with betting markets on v444.
• Accessing v444 while subject to an active self-exclusion agreement on the platform.
• Any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at v444 support staff or other players.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool, including deposit limits or self-exclusion, through the creation of a secondary account or use of another person's Account.

All content on the v444 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, and software — is the proprietary property of v444 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the v444 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform; reverse-engineer any software; or use the v444 brand or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by v444.

v444 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

v444 is committed to protecting your personal information. Data collected is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and where you have consented, marketing communications. v444 does not sell personal data to third parties outside of those required for platform operations.

v444 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders through the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the Player. Increases to existing limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. Upon expiry, the session will be automatically terminated.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed during the selected period.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of their session duration and net financial position during play.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v444 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from gaming sessions or sports betting outcomes.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connectivity failures outside v444's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to secure their login credentials.
• Decisions made by the Player in reliance on any game odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform.

v444's aggregate liability to any individual Player in respect of any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate a Player's v444 Account at any time. Players wishing to close their Account may do so by contacting v444 support via Live Chat. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds.

v444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate an Account without prior notice in the event of:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or money laundering.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within a specified timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which v444 is licensed to operate. Players acknowledge that online gaming services are subject to the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction of access, and it is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of v444 complies with all applicable local laws.

v444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, v444 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to active Account holders via the registered mobile number or via a notification within the platform. The updated Terms will display a revised Effective Date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of v444 following any published revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using v444 and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14 of these Terms.
